ReviewTap vende cartellini NFC programmati per aprire, sul telefono del cliente del tuo locale, la pagina per lasciare una recensione Google. I pacchetti disponibili sono Essential e Five Star, come descritti sul sito.

3. Prezzi e pagamento

I prezzi sono espressi in sterline (GBP), con pagamento unico e senza abbonamento. IVA, spese di spedizione e modalità di pagamento ti vengono comunicati e concordati con te quando ti contattiamo dopo la richiesta. Dopo la richiesta d'ordine ti contattiamo per confermarlo e concordare le modalità di pagamento.

4. Ordine e dati necessari

Per programmare i cartellini ci servono il nome del locale e il link alla pagina recensioni Google (o nome e città). Sei responsabile della correttezza dei dati forniti. Il contratto si conclude quando confermiamo l'ordine.

5. Programmazione e consegna

La programmazione è inclusa. I tempi di consegna ti vengono confermati quando ti contattiamo per l'ordine.

6. Uso corretto e nessuna garanzia di risultato

• Il numero di recensioni dipende dal tuo locale e dai tuoi clienti. Le stime del sito sono indicative e i risultati non sono garantiti.
• Sei responsabile di usare il servizio nel rispetto delle regole di Google sulle recensioni (ad esempio non offrire compensi in cambio di recensioni e non selezionare quali clienti possano recensire).

7. Marchi

Google è un marchio di Google LLC. ReviewTap non è affiliato, approvato o sponsorizzato da Google.

8. Garanzia e responsabilità

Per i consumatori valgono la garanzia legale di conformità e i diritti previsti dalla legge. Nei limiti consentiti, ReviewTap non risponde di danni indiretti o di mancato guadagno.

10. Legge applicabile e foro

ReviewTap sells NFC tags programmed to open, on your customer's phone, the page to leave a Google review for your venue. Available packages are Essential and Five Star, as described on the site.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), one-off payment, no subscription. VAT, shipping costs and payment terms are communicated and agreed with you when we contact you after your request. After you send an order request we contact you to confirm it and agree on how to pay.

4. Order and required data

To program the tags we need your venue name and the link to your Google review page (or name and city). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order.

5. Programming and delivery

Programming is included. Delivery times are confirmed to you when we contact you about your order.

6. Proper use and no guarantee of results

• The number of reviews depends on your venue and your customers. Estimates on the site are indicative and results are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for using the service in line with Google's review rules (for example, not offering rewards in exchange for reviews and not choosing which customers are allowed to review).

7. Trademarks

Google is a trademark of Google LLC. ReviewTap is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google.

8. Warranty and liability

Consumers keep their statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity. To the extent permitted by law, ReviewTap is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
